Yvonne van der Pol

Yvonne van der Pol’s background is in development sociology and she has over 20 years of experience as a trainer, coach and consultant. Her focus is on enhancing intercultural competences for professionals and leaders and on getting the best out of the diversity in multicultural teams. She is intrigued by brain-mind sciences and the links to intercultural learning. She published ‘Reflections on Intercultural Craftsmanship’. Currently she is SIETAR Netherlands’ interim-president and representative in SIETAR Europa.
